Platonic Action Lab and all related products and programming facilitated by Kat Vellos are designed for every participant to voluntarily choose their own course of action based on the course material. Kat Vellos is thrilled to provide the platform, training, guidance, support, and opportunity for people to make positive platonic connections with others, however Studio KV LLC and Kat Vellos assume no liability for any unpleasant connections or unsavory experiences that occur with other independent human beings during our events and programs, nor outside of our events and programs as a result of actions that participants take in their own lives. While we hope that all humans everywhere will treat each other excellently, we understand that they do not always choose to do so, and we cannot take any responsibility for the behavior of other human beings.

Participants may choose to voluntarily share what they wish with others who are enrolled or not enrolled in Platonic Action Lab, and with others in their online and offline lives, which may include their contact info if that feels like the right choice for them. If enrolled in a group cohort of Platonic Action Lab, or if you meet other PAL students, you are expected to respect the privacy of your fellow course members. You’re welcome to share your own reflections, learnings, and takeaways either online or in person with other people, but when doing so, please do not reveal the personal information of anyone else you met here. Feel free to share about great people you’re inspired by from the course or the cool things you experienced as a result of actions you took during the course, but keep it anonymous (e.g. leave out identifying information such as other people’s names) unless you’ve received permission to share their names with along with any story you want to pass along; the same applies to photos and screenshots. When in doubt, ask for permission.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

If you cancel before the course begins and before you’ve received any course materials, you are entitled to a full refund. Once you’ve received the curriculum materials, no refunds are possible, because it’s impossible to reverse the electronic transfer of digital information.
